	Equipment characteristics: High-purity purification capacity: This is the most important function of the gas phase sublimation furnace. By controlling the temperature gradient, the target substance sublimates and condenses in the cold zone, while the impurities (volatile or non-volatile) stay in the source zone or are distributed in different temperature zones, so as to achieve effective separation and improve the material purity. Controlled temperature gradient: The equipment is designed with clear "hot zone" (sublimation zone) and "cold zone" (condensation zone) inside. A stable and adjustable axial or radial temperature gradient is formed through independent temperature control in the multi-temperature zone to precisely control the location and rate of sublimation and condensation. Closed Vacuum/Atmosphere: The furnace body is a fully sealed structure, which can be pumped to a high vacuum (10 ⁻ - 10 ⁻ Pa) or fed with high-purity inert gas (such as Ar, N) to prevent the material from oxidizing, decomposing or reacting with the ambient gas at high temperature, so as to ensure the purity of the purification or growth process.
