Zhengzhou University, as a national "dual first-class" construction college, relies on the rich bauxite, rare earth and salt lake resources in Henan Province, and has distinctive characteristics in the fields of light metal metallurgy, new energy materials and extreme environmental functional materials. The School of Materials, in conjunction with Henan Institute of Resources and Materials Industry Technology, is undertaking the national key R&D program "Strategic Mineral Resources Green Utilization" and a number of national natural science fund key projects. It is in urgent need of a set of thermal equipment system covering molten salt electrolysis, inert atmosphere treatment, hydrogen reduction, high temperature sintering and other processes to support the full chain innovation from basic mechanism research to pilot test certificate.
Zhengzhou University has introduced respectively thermal equipment such as Nobel Molten Salt Electrolytic Furnace, Mini Molten Salt Furnace for Glove Box, Box Furnace, Hydrogen Reduction Furnace and Mini Tube Furnace to form a set of highly coordinated and functionally complementary experimental equipment system.
Our professional technicians went to Zhengzhou University for field installation and commissioning of the equipment, and provided detailed operation training for laboratory personnel to ensure that each user can skillfully master various functions of the equipment.
