As a top institution in China's defense technology field, the School of Aerospace Science and Technology at the National University of Defense Technology has always taken it as its responsibility to overcome key core technologies in the aerospace field, and continues to make efforts in cutting-edge research directions such as spacecraft thermal protection materials and new propellant carriers. In scientific research practice, in response to core experimental requirements such as high-temperature gas-solid reaction simulation and nanoscale functional coating preparation, the college has undergone multiple rounds of technical demonstration and equipment selection. Finally, it has chosen to cooperate with the leading domestic high-temperature experimental equipment brand, Nuobadi, and introduced the Nuobadi fluidized bed tube furnace, providing key equipment support for scientific breakthroughs in related fields.

After multiple rounds of testing and technical communication, the Nuobadi fluidized bed tube furnace has become the final choice of the college with four core advantages:
Ultra high precision temperature control and rapid heating capability: The equipment adopts a dual zone heating design, with a working temperature of up to 1200 ℃ and a heating rate of up to 50 ℃/min. In the commonly used range of 500-1000 ℃, temperature fluctuations can be stably controlled within ± 1 ℃, perfectly matching the experimental requirements of high-temperature modification of thermal protection materials.  
Flexible and efficient fluidized bed reaction system: The equipment is equipped with customized quartz fluidized bed reaction tubes, which can achieve uniform mixing and efficient mass transfer of gas-solid phases, avoiding local overheating or insufficient reaction caused by traditional static heating of the sample. At the same time, the device supports independent introduction and precise proportioning of multiple gases (such as Ar, N ₂, O ₂, H ₂, etc.), with a gas flow control accuracy of up to 0.1mL/min, meeting experimental exploration under different reaction atmospheres.  
Intelligent operation and data tracing function: The device is equipped with an intelligent control system independently developed by Nuobadi, which supports touch screen operation and computer remote control. It can preset more than 100 sets of heating programs and record experimental data such as temperature, gas flow rate, and pressure in real time. The data can be exported in Excel format, making it convenient for researchers to analyze data and write papers.  
Reliable quality and professional after-sales service: The Nuobadi fluidized bed tube furnace adopts high-quality stainless steel body and imported heating elements, and the equipment service life can reach more than 8 years. At the same time, Nobadi provides on-site installation, debugging, operation training and other services, promising to respond to technical inquiries within 24 hours, providing stable support for the scientific research work of the college
