The research team at Nanjing University of Technology has decided to find a high-performance RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing) rapid annealing furnace to meet their research needs in the fields of new materials research, semiconductor manufacturing, and nanotechnology. After a series of market research and technical evaluations, they showed strong interest in the products of Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. and arranged a visit to further understand the equipment performance and company strength.
Representatives from Nanjing University of Technology visited Nobadi's production base and research and development center to learn about the company's production scale, research and development capabilities, and quality management system. Mr. Cai and Manager Huang from Nuobadi presented the latest RTP rapid annealing furnace prototype to the visitors, detailing the various functions and technical features of the equipment. Both parties had in-depth discussions on specific technical issues, including the selection of heating elements, temperature control accuracy, and the design of atmosphere control systems.
In order to provide customers with a more intuitive experience of the convenience and efficiency of equipment operation, Nobadi arranged on-site trial runs and demonstrations, simulating the actual experimental conditions of Nanjing University of Technology for sample processing. By analyzing the samples after trial operation, it was verified that the equipment can meet the expected results of the customer.
After reaching a consensus, Nanjing University of Technology signed a formal procurement contract with Nobadi.
