Guangzhou South China Normal University has purchased a box furnace produced by Nobadi for material science experimental research. During use, researchers found that the aging of thermocouples in the equipment resulted in temperature measurement deviations.

After arriving at the laboratory of South China Normal University, the after-sales engineer conducted a comprehensive inspection of the box furnace, including key components such as the control system, heating elements, and sensors. After careful investigation, it was determined that the problem was caused by the aging of the temperature sensor leading to inaccurate signals, which in turn caused unstable temperature control.

The engineer replaced the temperature sensor with a new one and recalibrated the entire temperature control system. After completing the repair, the engineer conducted multiple testing experiments with the user to ensure that the equipment resumed normal operation and met the expected performance standards.

Finally, the customer service department of Nuobadi also conducted a customer satisfaction survey to collect users' opinions and suggestions on this after-sales service, in order to continuously improve the quality of service.
