Recently, a group led by Anlilu, a customer of Zaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone"), visited the laboratory of Henan Nuobadi Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nuobadi") to conduct in-depth investigations on the technical adaptability, process compatibility, and industrial application of high-temperature heating furnace equipment. The purpose of this visit is to find efficient heat treatment solutions for the production upgrade of core products such as 5N high-purity alumina crystal blocks and synthetic rubies of Zaozaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone. The two sides conducted comprehensive technical exchanges on equipment performance, industry pain points, and customized needs.

As a high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the field of thermal equipment, Nuobadi has more than 40 technical patents and has developed and produced 29 series of 343 heating furnace products, covering multiple categories such as tube furnaces, box furnaces, and special sintering furnaces. Its equipment is widely used in rare earth preparation, electronic ceramics, crystal materials, and other fields. For the heat treatment scenario of gemstone crystals, the Nobadi Mini tube furnace (model NBD-O1200-50TI) has a maximum temperature of 1200 ℃, a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, and a vacuum degree of ≤ 10Pa. It uses high-purity Al ₂ O3 fiber insulation material and Mo doped Fe Cr Al alloy heating elements, which can achieve multi-functional processes such as atmosphere protection sintering and vacuum annealing. It also supports 15 temperature curve pre storage and intelligent control systems, fully matching the precise temperature control and process replication requirements of gemstone crystal processing.

Field visit: Detail verification of strength, highly compatible technology matching

The experimental process of simulating the annealing of gemstone crystals was observed on site, and the equipment demonstrated a heating rate of 20 ℃/min, uniformity of 100mm constant temperature zone (± 2 ℃), and precise control function of inert gas, which was recognized by the inspection team. This is smoothly connected with the flame melting production process currently used by Zaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone, and can be directly applied to color optimization of synthetic rubies and sintering strengthening of high-purity alumina crystal blocks.

After the inspection, Anlilu stated that the performance of the Nobadi heating furnace in temperature control accuracy, stability, and customization capabilities exceeded expectations, especially in the core technical indicators of gemstone crystal heat treatment, which fully met the needs of the enterprise and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. As an export-oriented enterprise, Zaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone has high requirements for product quality consistency, which is highly matched with Nuobadi's product positioning of "scientific research level accuracy+industrial level reliability". The two sides are expected to carry out in-depth cooperation in equipment procurement, process joint research and development, and other aspects.

The person in charge of Nuobadi also emphasized that the company has always focused on seamless integration of "scientific research industry" in thermal equipment. Previously, it has provided customized solutions for the Institute of Materials Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhengzhou Diamond Enterprise, and accumulated rich experience in crystal material heat treatment. This docking with Zaozhuang Ruizhong Gemstone will further expand its application scenarios in the field of gemstone new materials, help domestic high-end heating furnaces replace imported equipment, and promote industry technological upgrading.
