As a national "double first-class" University, Huazhong University of science and technology has undertaken a large number of national scientific research projects in the school of materials science and engineering and the school of energy and power engineering, and has made remarkable achievements in the fields of advanced functional materials, new energy conversion, low-carbon catalysis and so on. The laboratory of the college is equipped with a number of sets of precision experimental equipment, including nuobadi fluidized bed tubular furnace and high-temperature sintering furnace. These equipment have long served high-intensity scientific research experiments and are the core support for the research and development of catalysts, material performance testing and other topics.
Adhering to the concept of "prevention first and precise service", nuobadi has formulated a "three-dimensional integrated" inspection service scheme for the equipment types and scientific research scenarios of Huazhong University of science and technology, which is implemented by a team of senior technical engineers.
The mode of "dragnet inspection+precise detection" was adopted to carry out a comprehensive overhaul of the laboratory's five nobadi tubular furnaces, rotary furnaces, box furnaces and other equipment. It focuses on detecting the aging status of heating elements, the accuracy of temperature control system, the tightness of gas pipelines, the leakage rate of vacuum system and other core indicators, and uses professional instruments to complete the temperature field uniformity calibration (to ensure the accuracy of ± 1 ℃), vacuum degree test (up to standard ≤ 10Pa) and safety protection mechanism verification, so as to accurately identify potential fault points.

Taking into account the operational needs of college laboratory teachers and students, the technical team carried out "one-to-one" on-site training, covering practical knowledge such as equipment daily maintenance skills, rapid troubleshooting of common faults, safe operation specifications, and issued customized maintenance manuals. Aiming at the questions raised by teachers and students such as "multi atmosphere switching process optimization" and "data recording automation", targeted solutions are provided to improve the independent operation and maintenance ability of the laboratory.
