The equipment adopts advanced multi temperature zone temperature control technology, which can realize accurate temperature gradient control along the length of the furnace body and meet the requirements of temperature curve in the process of complex material reduction.

Advantage of temperature control: the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, supporting the storage of multiple process curves

Automatic temperature rise, insulation and cooling control, real-time temperature monitoring and abnormal alarm

After close communication and cooperation between the two parties, the hydrogen reduction furnace was successfully completed and delivered to the customer's laboratory.

During the delivery process, our company provided comprehensive product use training for laboratory personnel of the gold smelter. The contents include the operation process, safety precautions, troubleshooting methods and daily maintenance of the electric furnace, so as to ensure that users can operate the furnace skillfully and give full play to its functions.
