As a national "dual first-class" construction university, Tianjin University has profound research accumulation in the fields of advanced functional materials, nanotechnology and new energy devices. In recent years, the Nanocenter of the School of Materials has focused on the controllable synthesis of atomic-scale thin layer materials and their application in the next generation of energy storage and electronic devices. In order to support the "revolutionary two-dimensional material" project of the national key R&D plan and the major science and technology special project in Tianjin, the team urgently needs a set of heat treatment and CVD growth platform with high stability, high repeatability and accurate and controllable atmosphere.


The research group puts forward the following key requirements in equipment selection:
High CVD growth consistency of 2D materials: repeatable preparation of large area and controllable layer number of MoS;
Integration of multi-step heat treatment process: solid electrolyte needs to undergo complex atmosphere switching such as "Hreduction → Ooxidation";
Strong system compatibility: CVD and tube furnace need to share the gas pipeline and tail gas treatment system to reduce the laboratory space and operation and maintenance costs;
Safety and automation: frequent use of gases such as HCH shall be provided with perfect safety interlocking and one-key operation functions.
Aiming at the cutting-edge scientific research demands of Tianjin University, Nuobadi provides a highly integrated heat treatment+CVD combined platform scheme. Through close communication and cooperation between both parties, the equipment is successfully produced and delivered to the customer's laboratory. When the equipment is delivered to Tianjin University, our company will send professional technical team to the site for installation and commissioning. The engineers shall strictly follow the installation manual to ensure seamless connection between the electric furnace and supporting facilities such as power supply, exhaust system and cooling water source of the laboratory. During commissioning, various functions of the electric furnace are verified in detail to ensure stable and accurate operation.
