As a core equipment for scientific research in cutting-edge fields such as special ceramics and nanomaterials, the precise temperature control and stable operation of the 1500 ℃ tube furnace under high vacuum and controllable atmosphere environment directly affect the experimental data reliability of the national key research and development project of China National Building Materials Science Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "CNBM"). Recently, the Nuonubadi technical service team carried out special maintenance services to address issues such as temperature uniformity deviation and decreased vacuum sealing performance of multiple 1500 ℃ tube furnaces in the laboratory of the General Hospital, using professional skills to solve the problem of high-temperature equipment operation and maintenance.

The 1500 ℃ tubular furnace of China National Building Materials Institute has been widely used in key experiments such as sintering of alumina ceramics and vacuum pyrolysis of nano powders. Some equipment has been running for four years, facing the dual challenges of aging core components and high-frequency use. At the service site, the technical team carried out their work according to the four step process of "safety inspection - precise detection - core maintenance - calibration verification": considering the high-frequency usage scenario of tube furnaces, the technical team specially conducted practical training for laboratory researchers: from furnace tube inspection and vacuum system debugging before daily equipment startup, to standardized furnace cleaning and cooling processes after experiments, to emergency response methods for common faults such as temperature fluctuations and insufficient vacuum degree, hands-on teaching was carried out. In response to the special experimental needs of the headquarters in CVD film preparation, ceramic sintering, etc., additional pipeline maintenance techniques and component maintenance plans after the use of corrosive gases and extreme temperature operation were shared to help researchers improve their equipment independent operation and maintenance capabilities.

The 1500 ℃ tube furnace is a key equipment for our research and development of special ceramic materials. Previously, temperature deviation had always affected the consistency of experimental data. The maintenance of Nuobadi not only completely solved this problem, but also improved the operating efficiency of the equipment by 20%, "said the person in charge of the Materials Science Laboratory of China National Building Materials Institute."
