Solution of green and yellow, opaque and immature sintering of zirconium oxide denture:
Zirconia denture sintering furnace adopts silicon-molybdenum rod as the heating element. Due to the different components of zirconium block and dyeing agent added by different manufacturers, the zirconium block volatile matter in high temperature will cause damage to the protective film (SiO2) outside the heating element so that spalling, and then cause discoloration and incomplete sintering of denture. In view of this problem, before denture sintering, please put the denture in the oven to bake in an environment greater than 170℃ for 30 to 60 minutes, in order to fully remove the volatiles and then carry out high temperature sintering of denture.


                        

After multiple sintering, if the phenomenon of yellow insulation zirconium beads is found, please observe whether the heating element peeling phenomenon in time. If peeling is slight, please replace the zirconium beads air-fired (1600 degree) primary heating equipment. If peeling is serious, please replace the heating element. After replacing the new heating element, please air burn (1600 degrees) once to ensure that the surface of the heating element formed intact protective film. Then the denture sintering.
